Call Center Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will participate in the training program to gain an understanding of the job knowledge and position and to perform the necessary job functions at a performance level that meets expected expectations ۔ You will learn, understand and develop the skills needed to acquire and maintain donor relationships through basic inbound and outbound calls. Provide a basic level of customer service for all special programs, as well as liaison between donors and the general public. Help carry out the mission, vision, and strategies of our Christian organization. By bearing witness to Christ to the Ministry of World Vision and serving others through life, action, words and signs. You will too.

US remote (work remotely from your own home!) or based out of our Federal Way, WA office

Start date: Training for this position will begin mid August (training is estimated to be between 9 and 11 weeks long)

Requirements:

  • High school graduate/GED or equivalent. Basic routine work experience
  • Prefer a minimum of 1-year of previous customer service/sales work experience
  • Must have access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Must be able to train and work 40 hours a week
  • Have strong technical skills with all Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to type 20 wpm or more
  • Enjoys making a difference in the world!

Qualification:

High school graduate/GED or equivalent
