No matter what position you are in, there are some things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and company assets. Protecting, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal offer, and communication are professional. The guest experience specialists will be on their feet and walking (stand, sit, or walk for a long time) and will adopt a hand-walking style to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and hold objects that weigh less (equivalent to 10 pounds without assistance). It is important for guest experience specialists to do all of this well (as well as other reasonable duties as requested), in order to get their guests and their business right every time.
