Mobile Associates (MA) works as a member of an expert retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who generate energy and enthusiasm around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technological innovations, customer needs and the retail experience are constantly evolving. They dive into meaningful connections with our customers, and their ability to build new and deepen existing relationships is unmatched in the wireless industry. They continually work to develop expertise in discovering our customers’ needs and are passionate about educating, demonstrating and recommending device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where new associates work with their team and proactively develop skills and competencies, in preparation for the next level as a Mobile Expert. As a mobile associate, you will be required to successfully complete new hire training.

- Build competency related to serving and selling to our customers, while delivering a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
Help customers pick up their shopping journey right where they left off, whether online, through Customer Care, or in store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demos of the latest and greatest in-store technology.
Side-by-side selling to find custom solutions beyond the basic device and service plan that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including anything from one-of-a-kind accessories to cutting-edge IoT devices.
Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity and flaccidity.
Becomes proficient with digital tools and consistently uses them in interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:
How our ever-expanding coverage stacks up in our customers’ neighborhood, giving them a blazing-fast LTE network
Why T-Mobile planes and services will enable our customers to live without limits, feel the love, stay connected and go further.
Complete training on the T-Mobile store experience, new skills and processes, systems knowledge, and referral resources.
Make the most of your shift time, constantly looking for information among customers, learning about innovations in wireless technology.
Build relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across all channels, including business and customer service to:
Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a smooth, hassle-free environment.
Successfully identify and deliver small business leads.
Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.
- Passionate customer advocate with a desire to be yourself when you go online and have fun doing it! Required
